What if I change my mind?

You have 30 days from the day it arrives to decide. Email us and we'll tell you where to send it. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you're entitled to 14 days as a minimum — we give you 30 because a fortnight isn't long enough to know whether something suits you.

Is any of this a medical device?

No. Nothing on this site is a medical device and nothing here is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. If you're pregnant, have a pacemaker or another implanted device, recent injury, or any condition affecting your neck, back or circulation, speak to your GP before using a massager or a heat product.

[CONFIRMAR — confirme produto a produto antes de publicar. Exemplo: The heat pad ships with a UK three-pin plug. The massager, the heated gilet and the gloves are USB-charged and work with any charger you already own.]
